The Valencia Kite Festival is a spectacular event on Playa del Cabanyal

The XXIII Kite Festival will take place in Valencia on April 6. This is one of the most anticipated events of the year, which will take place on El Cabanyal beach. You can enjoy the spectacular spectacle from 11:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

City residents and tourists will be able to find the location of the holiday easily. It is between the monument to the actor Antonio Ferrandis and the boat Nau de l’Aigua, Platja del Cabanyal.

The festival will include two zones: competitions and exhibitions. One of them will have a platform with wind gardens. The Valencian Community Acrobatic Kite Championship will also take place here. In the second zone, there will be an area with static and acrobatic kites of various sizes, including those in the form of giant figures.

There will be no traditional kite-making workshops this year.

The Valencian City Council, the Municipal Sports Fund, and the Valencian Community Air Sports Federation support the XXIII Valencian Kite Festival.
