Vestige Collection to Open Unique Mansion for Rental in Mallorca
In autumn 2024, boutique hotel chain Vestige Collection will open Vestige Miramar Mansion for exclusive rental, located next to Palma Cathedral in Mallorca. The company has restored the former home of King Charles III’s advisor Juan Antoni Artiguez, built in the mid-18th century. Now it has become a luxury guest estate for large families and groups.
The total area of the mansion is 1,700 m². There are 8 guest bedrooms with showers and bathrooms on two floors. The largest bedroom has sea views.
The estate offers a gym, indoor swimming pool, library, home cinema, several offices, kitchen, dining areas on the open and closed terraces, garage parking and a solarium terrace. There is also a bedroom for service personnel, if needed.
During the careful restoration, many original interior elements were preserved – wooden beams and floors, plastered walls. The designers selected colors and textures that enlivened the old mansion, preserving its historical atmosphere. The rooms retained antique furniture, but they were complemented by modern, custom-made furniture.
Miramar is located in the heart of Mallorca, next to the Gothic Palma Cathedral designed by Antoni Gaudí. Opposite it is the Palau de l’Almudaina. Previously, it was an Islamic fort, and now it is a royal residence open to the public. The famous shopping street Passeig del Born and the Museum of Modern Art are just a few minutes’ walk from the mansion.
