A five-star Hilton hotel will open in Palacio de Godoy Cáceres in Extremadura
A five-star hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand will open at the end of 2024 in the city of Cáceres, in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. It will be located in the Palacio de Godoy, built in 1563. The building is located in the Old Town of Cáceres, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the moment, the palace is nearing the completion of renovation work, and staff recruitment is underway.
Palacio de Godoy Cáceres will be the sixth hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand in Spain. The hotel will offer 72 luxurious rooms, a 1,000 m² garden, a spa centre, a fitness centre, an indoor pool, a high-end restaurant, and a rooftop bar.
The hotel is surrounded by unique architectural landmarks from various cultures and historical periods. The city of Cáceres is also known for its pleasant Mediterranean climate, museums, and the colourful festivals that take place throughout the year. The Parque Nacional de Monfragüe and the Los Barruecos Natural Monument are located nearby, and the journey from Cáceres to Madrid takes less than three hours.
