Free walking routes Senderisme Entre Muntanyes 2024

From September 7 to December 15, the associations Mancomunitat de la Vall d’Albaida (Valencia province) and l’Alcoià i el Comtat (Alicante province) are launching a series of free walking routes as part of the Senderisme Entre Muntanyes 2024 event. This is a great opportunity for tourists to get to know the cities and iconic places of the regions.

The tours are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. Tourists will be accompanied by professional guides. Although the events are free, the number of participants on each route is limited. That is why everyone who wants to participate should fill in the registration form in advance. It is accompanied by a full program of tours, so you can immediately choose the right one. Registration closes on the Thursday at 12:00 noon before each hike. A confirmation email is sent the same day at 12:30.

The Senderisme Entre Muntanyes 2024 program features tours with varying levels of difficulty. For families with children, there are easy routes up to 5 kilometers long and lasting about 2 hours. More experienced travelers can choose the «Standard» level — a hike of up to 10 kilometers, taking from 4 to 5 hours. And the hardiest travelers are offered routes of «Expert» level. Their length is more than 10 kilometers, and it takes more than 5 hours to pass. 

You need to arrive at the meeting point by yourself, 15 minutes before the start of the hike. The organizers recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, as well as bringing food, water, hats and sunscreen.
