Real Madrid win the 2024 Champions League for a record 15th time

On Saturday, June 1, the famous Spanish football club Real Madrid won the UEFA Champions League for a record 15th time! No other team has achieved such a result in the main European club tournament.

The final match of the 2024 Champions League took place at Wembley Stadium in London. Real Madrid beat Borussia Dortmund 2:0. In the first half, the players of the German club had the advantage on the field, but they were unable to convert a single scoring chance. And in the second half the Spaniards dominated. The first goal against Borussia was scored by right back Dani Carvajal in the 74th minute. And already in the 83rd minute, Real Madrid striker Vinicius Junior doubled this result and brought his team a convincing victory.
