San Miguel boat will deliver free beer on the beaches of Alicante

From August 8 to 12, the San Miguel brewery’s speedboat will deliver beer along the beaches of Alicante and give it away to vacationers for free. But not just like that, but for completing several fun tasks. In this way, San Miguel, together with the New York Yacht Club American Magic, want to celebrate the upcoming 2024 America’s Cup. This is the most important international sailing competition, which will be held from October 12 to 20 in Barcelona. Everyone who buys San Miguel beer this summer will be able to take part in a drawing for a VIP trip to the 2024 America’s Cup.

The boat will visit the iconic bays of the Marina Alta region every day from 12:00 to 19:00. Its route will pass through the beaches of Cala del Moraig, Cala Els Testos, Cala Blanca and Cala El Portet. 

At each stop, the team will offer everyone the opportunity to participate in several challenges. The first is called “Make a Toast.” You need to proclaim it by jumping into the water from the boat. And to complete the second task, “Rhythms of San Miguel,” you will need to dance to the melody playing on board the boat. The winners will receive a limited edition San Miguel beer released on the occasion of the America’s Cup. As well as prizes from the event sponsor New York Yacht Club American Magic.
