For the tenth year in a row, Siam Park, located in Tenerife (Canary Islands), has been ranked among the best water parks in the world. It was once again one of the winners of Tripadvisor’s prestigious Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best, finishing second behind Disneyland Paris. Only 1% of the 8 million objects posted on the platform receive such an award.
Siam Park, designed in Thai style, is the largest water park in Europe and the most visited in the Canary Islands. It offers its guests a wide range of water activities — from lazy rivers and beaches to huge wave pools and free-fall slides. The park contains the largest complex of Thai-style buildings outside of Thailand.
The calling card of Siam Park is the Singha attraction. This is an extreme water slide with high-speed turns and 14 changes of direction, where you can experience a free fall at a speed of 18 m/s.
When compiling the rating, visitors praised Siam Park’s cleanliness, breathtaking water activities and ample shade provided by lush vegetation. This, as well as impeccable maintenance and security, allowed the park to once again receive a prestigious award. Continued recognition by TripAdvisor, which recommends Siam Park as a must-see destination in Tenerife, contributes to the growing popularity of the water park and has a positive impact on the island’s tourism industry.
