From May 16 to 26, Valencia will host the Valencia Culinary culinary festival for the seventh time. Over the course of 10 days, its guests will enjoy more than 30 events and a variety of gastronomic experiences. Getting to know Europe’s largest fresh food market, Mercado Central de Valencia, traveling through rice fields, visiting a thousand-year-old olive grove, a yacht trip, a bat show, exclusive master classes – this is not a complete list of what the festival organizers have planned.
València Culinary Festival is an event that all gourmets look forward to. The event provides a unique opportunity to taste the best wines of the region and haute cuisine prepared by famous chefs. And also get to know Valencia’s culinary scene better and enjoy the Mediterranean flavor.
What sets the Valencia Food Festival apart is its commitment to sustainability. This year the topic has become especially relevant, because Valencia was chosen as the European Green Capital.
